• Email address — when you join the waitlist.
• Usage data — anonymised page views, session identifiers, and referral source (e.g. Google, Instagram) to understand how visitors find us. We do not use cookies for advertising.
• Device type — inferred from your browser's User-Agent string (mobile, desktop, or tablet) to improve our pages.

We do not collect payment information, names, or phone numbers at this stage.

• To send you a confirmation and notify you when Clivoo launches.
• To understand traffic patterns and improve the landing page.
• To communicate your waitlist position and pricing tier.

We will never sell your email address or personal data to third parties.

Waitlist data is stored in-memory on our server during the pre-launch phase and will be migrated to a secure database before launch. We take reasonable precautions to protect stored data from unauthorised access.

By joining the waitlist you consent to receive one launch notification email from us. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us at clivoo.support@gmail.com.

We use the following third-party services:

• Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless page view analytics.
• Resend (optional) — transactional email delivery for waitlist confirmations.

These services may process limited data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We use sessionStorage (not cookies) to assign an anonymous session identifier for analytics purposes. This data is cleared when you close your browser tab and is never linked to your identity.

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your email from the waitlist at any time.
• Ask what data we hold about you.
• Withdraw your consent to receive emails.
